When: Saturday, Nov 2nd 2019. 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Where: The Pavilion, 400 Scotswood Road, Taylors, SC 29687

What:

• Open – Men's and Women's Singles and Doubles. Mixed Doubles. Senior Men's Doubles.
• Recreational – Men's and Women's Doubles. Mixed Doubles.

Restrictions: 

• Players entering Open events cannot enter Recreational events.
• Players entering Recreational events can enter Open events.
• Players will be limited to entering a maximum of 2 events.
• Each event will be limited to 32 players or teams.
• Players entering the seniors event should be 50 yrs and older on the day of the tournament.

Format:

• Events with 8 or more entries will be “single elimination knockout”
• Events with less than 8 entries will be “Round Robin” format.
• First round losers in “single elimination” will be entered into a consolation bracket.

Registration:

• Registration will through the GBC website.
• All players must register.    
• Doubles players should ensure that their partner has also registered.

Registration deadlines:

• Early registration will close on ,Sunday October 13^th.
• Final registration will close on Sunday, October 20^th.
• Early registrants will receive a free T-shirt.

Fees:

• GBC members pay $15 for first event and $10 per event thereafter.
• Non-GBC members pay $20 for first event and $15 per event thereafter.  

Trophies:

• Trophies will be awarded to winners and second place finishers in all events.  
• Consolation winners and runners up will receive certificates.

Drinks: Each player will receive two 12 oz. sports drinks or water free of charge.

Food:

• A food service will be available from a local vendor.
• A menu will be available on the GBCwebsite and orders can be placed at the time of registration.
• Food order fees will be collected at time of sign-in on game day.
