Draws & Match Timing

• All draws are posted – please check your bracket and match times in advance.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled bracket start time, even if you have a bye in the first round.
• Round Robin draws are posted, and Playoff matches will follow immediately after.
• Don’t leave early! Losing a couple of games in the Round Robin does not mean you're out—stay for potential Playoff matches.

Last-Minute Changes? Let Us Know!

We understand that last-minute emergencies happen. If you or your partner cannot attend, please text or call us immediately at 678-654-3778.

• We will adjust the brackets or find a replacement.
• A $10 administrative fee applies for substitutions.

Weather & Tournament Updates

• The weather looks iffy on Friday! (I know, right? Rain in Arizona?). For any changes, please check Tourney Talk on the Tournament Summary Page or A2M Sports Mobile App.
• Download the A2M Sports app to receive notifications if there are any changes.
• In case of rain or severe weather:
  • Playoffs may be canceled once Round Robin starts.
  • No refunds after the Round Robin stage.
  • If Round Robin is not completed, a Rainout Coupon (up to $15 off or additional event entry) will be issued for a future tournament.

Tournament Rules

1?? Safety First

• Dont get hurt! Listen to your body – don’t push through injuries.
• Play safe and you may have fun!

2?? Sportsmanship Matters

• Respect your opponents and the game.
• If your opponent nominates you for outstanding sportsmanship, you may win a free LLP Hat or Visor!

Match Format

• Round Robin → Playoffs & Consolation Matches (if applicable).
• Top 4 or 8 players/teams advance to the Playoffs.
• For 3-team brackets: Double Round Robin (best 2 out of 3 games per match).
• Game rules:
  • Matches must be won by 2 points.
  • Round Robin: 11 points regular scoring; switch at 6
  • Playoffs: 15 points regular scoring; switch at 8
  • Gold Medal Match: May be best 2 out of 3 games (to be confirmed at match time).
  • Timeouts: Each team gets one 1-minute timeout per game.
  • Serving & Side Choice: If your name is at the top of the scoresheet, you choose to serve or select court side.

Equipment

• Official tournament balls: Element 6 Pickleballs.
• Keep balls in designated Ball Trays when not in play.

General Guidelines

? Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
? Consider bringing a chair and tent (limited seating available).
? Spectators should wait until a point is finished before crossing courts.
? Supporters & spectators: Please avoid making calls or comments that may disrupt matches.
