Please read this entire email as we’ve got important information to share and one venue change to announce. Let’s get to it, shall we?

Venue Change due to expected severe weather on Saturday

Weather reports indicate that severe thunderstorms and high winds will hit our area on Saturday, Mar. 15. Your safety is our main concern! Therefore, gender doubles events on Saturday will be played at Hope Christian Academy (2005 Hinton Dr., Oxford) and Friendship Community Center (2930 Friendship Rd, Oxford); these locations are only two miles from each other. There are weather-safe areas at each indoor facility. You will be notified of your specific inside court location in a separate email on Friday. 

    Please note: Wear non-marking court shoes to prevent scuff marks on the floor surface.

Friday Singles and Sunday Mixed Doubles will both take place on the outdoor courts at Oxford Lake (401 McCullars Ln, Oxford). Your map system may say Mc Cullars with a space. Please make sure it’s Oxford Alabama near the Oxford Civic Center. The weather for both days is forecast to be dry. Yeah!
