Weather & Tournament Updates

The weather looks iffy on Sunday, so we may make changes as needed.

Stay Updated in Real Time:

• Download the A2M Sports mobile app for live notifications.

• Check Tourney Talk under the Summary tab on the tournament page for all announcements.

In Case of Rain or Severe Weather:

• We may not have Playoffs and medals will be given based on Round Robin results.

• No refunds are issued after Round Robin play starts.

• If Round Robin cannot be completed, participants will receive a Rainout Coupon (good for up to $15 off or an additional event fee in a future tournament).

Draws & Match Timing

• All draws are now posted!

• Check your bracket and match times in advance. You can find them on Draws/ Results page or under My Matches. 

• Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your scheduled bracket, even if you have a first-round bye.

• Playoff matches begin immediately after Round Robin play—don’t leave early! Even with a few losses, you might still qualify.

Last-Minute Changes?

If you or your partner can’t attend:

• Call or text us as soon as possible at 678-654-3778.

• We may be able to adjust brackets or find a sub.

• Note: A $10 administrative fee applies for substitutions.

Volunteers Needed – Earn Great Perks!

We’re looking for volunteers (especially those not playing) to assist with:

• Scoresheets

• Medal distribution

• Photography

Volunteer for 4+ hours and receive:

Tournament Rules & Guidelines

1. Don't get hurt
Listen to your body. Stay safe, and have fun.

2. Show utmost Sportsmanship
Respect your opponents and the game.
Outstanding sportsmanship may earn you a FREE LLP Hat or Visor!

3. Match Format & Game Rules

• Standard Format: Round Robin → Playoffs & Consolation Matches

• Top 4 or 8 players/teams advance to Playoffs

• 3-team brackets: Double Round Robin (best 2 of 3 games)

Scoring & Match Details:

• Matches must be won by 2 points

• Round Robin: 11 points (switch sides at 6)

• Playoffs: 15 points (switch at 8)

• Gold Medal Match: May be best 2 of 3 games 11 points (announced at match time)

• Timeouts: One 1-minute timeout per team per game

• Serving/Side Choice: Top name on scoresheet chooses serve or side

What to Bring:

• Plenty of water—stay hydrated!

• A chair and tent if possible (limited seating available)

• Spectators: Please wait until a point is over before crossing courts

• Avoid disruptive comments during matches
