Join us for a fun charity event benefitting Hope Family Services! 

This one day tournament will feature gender and mixed doubles in skill levels of 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5+

Matches begin on Saturday at 8am featuring a round robin in each skill level and then playoffs. Consolation bracket games may be available depending on timing of the day.

Match timings and brackets will be posted as soon as possible after registration. Director may split/combine levels depending on registration numbers.

Pricing: $25 for first event, $5 for additional event.

Partners: Each player needs to register separately. You can sign up even if you do not have a partner yet and select your partner later. 

Registration will close the Monday before tounament with draws to hopefully be available by Wednesday of that week.

Courts: 8 dedicated outdoor courts with permanent nets.

Balls: Franklin X-40 outdoor

Match Format: All rounf robin matches will be played to 11 points, win by 2. All single elimination matches in the playoffs will be determined based on timing by director on tournament day.

Withdraw/Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament with a full refund until the posted withdrawl date. After that no refunds will be given. 

Rain Out/ Weather: This is an outdoor tournament. We will make every effort to complete all events, and will do everything we can to play matches on a safe and playable surface. Director reserves the right to change formats, shorten games, or make any other changes needed to complete the event. There are no makeup days scheduled.
