Divisions & Format

• Divisions: Men’s and Women’s Doubles

• Skill Levels: Beginner (3.0), Intermediate (3.5), Advanced (4.0)

• Minimum Matches: Each team is guaranteed a minimum of five games.

• Playoffs: The top 4 teams in each division advance to the playoffs for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals.

Match Rules

• Qualifying Matches: Games to 11, win by 2.

• Tiebreakers: In the event of a tie in standings, advancement will be determined by point differential first, then head-to-head results.

• Gold Medal Match: Game to 15, win by 2.

• Bronze Medal Match: Game to 11, win by 2.

Player Ratings & Registration

• Players must use their highest rating from DUPR, USAP, APPL, local league or any other rating to register.

• A team's skill level will be determined by the highest-rated player on the team.

Tournament Policies

• Registration Fee: $40 per player (includes meal).

• Withdrawal Fee: $10 administrative fee for all withdrawals.

• No refunds will be issued after November 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM (Arizona time).

• In the event of weather-related cancellations, up to a 50% refund may be issued.

• Registration may close early if capacity is reached, even if some divisions appear to have openings.

• MWR reserves the right to modify rules or refuse service at any time and for any reason. Also, we reserve the right to move any player/team to the appropriate skill level if they registered below their actual skill level.

Intermediate (3.5)

• Check-in & Warm-up: 7:30 AM

• Start Time: 8:00 AM

Advanced (4.0)

• Check-in & Warm-up: 9:00 AM

• Start Time: 9:30 AM

Beginner (3.0)

• Check-in & Warm-up: 10:30 AM

• Start Time: 11:00 AM

• Surface: Outdoor pickleball courts

• Ball: Franklin X-40

• Parking: No parking fees

• Registration Opens: August 15, 2025

• Registration Closes: November 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM (Arizona time)
