Leeds Pickleball Fundraiser Tournament – Draft Entry Form

REGISTRATION
Registration Opens: oct 1
Earlybirds: Players who sign up before oct 31 in order will get a free T-shirt! 

Price will be $45 after Oct 31 and no shirt. 

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
This will be a one-day tournament on Saturday, November 14, 2026.

Tentative schedule:
First Session 8am-1PM– Women's Doubles and Men's Doubles
Second session 2PM - 5PM – Mixed Doubles

Exact starting times will be announced after registration closes and brackets are finalized.

FORMAT
All divisions will begin with Round Robin play. Our goal is to provide every team with a minimum of three matches.

Round-robin matches are planned as one game to 11 points, win by 2. Medal/playoff match formats may be adjusted depending on bracket size, court availability, and time.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine skill levels or age divisions when necessary to create competitive brackets.

SKILL LEVELS
Players should register according to their current playing ability/rating. Tournament staff reserves the right to move a player or team to a more appropriate division when necessary.

For doubles events, teams should register at the skill level of the higher-rated player.

PARTNERS
Each player must register individually and identify their partner. Players may register without a partner and add one before the registration deadline.

COURTS
The Leeds courts are COVERED, so weather/rain should not normally interrupt tournament play.

Gold – 1st Place
Silver – 2nd Place
Bronze – 3rd Place

Additional prizes may be provided by tournament sponsors.

FUNDRAISER
This tournament is being held to support Leeds outreach. Players, spectators, families, and community members are encouraged to attend and support the fundraiser.

Additional fundraising activities, concessions, raffles, sponsor giveaways, or other activities may be available during the tournament.

WATER & CONCESSIONS
Players are encouraged to bring their own refillable water bottles. Information regarding concessions, food, snacks, and water stations will be announced prior to the tournament.

WEATHER
The pickleball courts are covered, greatly reducing the chance of weather-related cancellations or delays. Tournament management may adjust the schedule or match format if severe weather or other circumstances affect safe play.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
Players requesting to withdraw before the published refund deadline may receive a refund, less any applicable registration or processing fees. No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline as this is a fundraising event. 

PLAYER WAIVER
All participants will be required to accept the tournament's liability and medical waiver as part of registration.
