Check-in Times:

Men's and Women's Doubles (Saturday) - 8:30AM

Mixed Doubles (Sunday) - 8:30AM 

Singles (Sunday) - 11:30AM 

Draws & Match Timing

• All Round Robin draws are posted – Click on My Matches to find your first Match Time. 

• Arrive 30 minutes early for your scheduled bracket start time, even if you have a bye in the first round. 

• Playoff matches follow Round Robin immediately – Don’t leave early! You may still qualify for Playoffs even if you lose a few games. 

Late Sign-ups? We can still add players!

• If you know someone that wants to play? Please ask them to text 678-654-3778. We may still be able to add them to the tournament.

• Weather looks great for the weekend, but if there is any updates, please check the Tourney Talk (Tournament Website) or Tournament Messages in A2M Sports mobile app. 

• Download the A2M Sports app for real-time notifications. (Use the same Login credentials as the website). 

Tournament Rules & Guidelines

1. Safety First

• Listen to your body – Play safe and have fun!

2. Sportsmanship Matters

• Respect your opponents and the game.

• Outstanding sportsmanship could win you a FREE LLP Hat or Visor!

Match Format & Game Rules

• Round Robin followed by Playoffs (Consolation Matches if applicable).

• Top 4 or 8 players/teams advance to Playoffs.

• 3-team brackets: Double Round Robin (best 2 out of 3 games per match).

Game Rules:

• Matches must be won by 2 points.

• Round Robin: 11 points, regular scoring (switch at 6).

• Playoffs: 15 points, regular scoring (switch at 8).

• Gold Medal Match: May be best 2 out of 3 games (confirmed at match time).

• Timeouts: Each team gets one 1-minute timeout per game.

• Serving & Side Choice: If your name is at the top of the scoresheet, you choose to serve or select the court side.

General Guidelines

• Bring plenty of water – Stay hydrated! 

• Please wait until a point is finished before crossing courts.

• Please bring as many supporters as you can to watch your game. Admission is free to all!  

• Supporters & Spectators: Please tell them to avoid making calls/comments from outside the courts.
