Event Timings:

(Some events will start later in the day)

Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles – Saturday (8 AM to 6 PM)

Mixed Doubles and Singles – Sunday (8 AM to 6 PM)

Exact match timings will be published when we post the draws for each event.

Events:

We’ll host doubles and mixed doubles events at the 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 skill levels. These events are offered in all (45+, 50+, 55+, 60+,65+ and 70+) age groups. A minimum of four entries is required per event. If a level has too few participants, we will first merge age groups within the same skill level. If needed, we’ll then move participants to the next higher skill level.

Courts:

16 outdoor courts with permanent nets.

Balls:

We will use Element6 Pickleballs for this tournament. You can purchase them online at e6pickleball.com and use coupon code A2M2025 at checkout.

Partners:

Each player must register separately on our website or mobile app. You may sign up without a partner and select one later. If you don’t have a partner by the deadline, your fee will be refunded.

Water and Bananas:

We encourage you to bring your own water bottles. Bananas will be provided to all registered players (not spectators).

Match Format:

All Round Robin matches will be played to 11 points, win by 2.

All Single Elimination matches (except Finals) will be played to 15 points.

Final matches may be played as best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points.

Brackets:

All events will begin with a Round Robin. These matches determine seeding for elimination rounds. You are guaranteed to play at least three matches per event. The top 2–4 teams in each group will advance to the playoffs. The next two teams may play in the Consolation Round based on court availability.

Early Birds:

The first 50 players to register before June 15 will receive all events for $35, plus a free T-shirt and swag bag. Prices will increase after the Early Bird period ends.

T-Shirts:

Free for Early Bird registrants. Others may purchase shirts at the tournament (limited availability).

Medals and Prizes:

Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each event. All Gold Medal winners will receive a discounted entry to the next event.

Coupons:

If multiple family members from the same household are registering, use FAMILY5OFF for $5 off each registration.

Medical Waiver:

By registering, you are electronically signing the event’s medical waiver. No need to print or bring a physical copy.

Withdrawals / Refunds:

Withdrawals are eligible for a refund (minus a 10% processing fee) if requested before the official withdrawal deadline. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Rain Out / Weather:

In case of weather delays, matches may be postponed for up to 3 hours. If cancellation is necessary, players will receive a discounted entry (up to $15 off or equivalent to additional event fees paid) for a future LLP tournament in the area. No refunds will be given.
