Events

We will offer mixed, men’s, and women’s doubles events at the 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 skill levels for the Adult division (ages 18–49). The same events and skill levels will also be available for the 50+ and 60+ age divisions.

Each division will be capped at a maximum of eight teams. A minimum of four entries is required for each event. If an event does not meet the minimum, age groups will first be combined within the same skill level. If participation is still insufficient, players will be moved to the next higher skill level. All participants are guaranteed a minimum of three games. All participants are guaranteed a minimum of three games.

Partners

Each player must register individually through the website or mobile app. You may register without a partner and select one at a later time.

Water and Snacks

Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Water dispensers will be available at 17 Springs.

Match Format

All round-robin matches will be played to 11 points, win by two. Playoff and championship matches will be played to 15 points, win by two.

Brackets

All events will begin with round-robin play, which will be used for seeding and, when necessary, elimination. The top two teams (or top four players, depending on the event) from each group will advance to the playoffs.

Medals and Prizes

Medals will be awarded to first-, second-, and third-place finishers in each event. Additional sponsored prizes will be awarded throughout the day of play.

Medical Waiver

By registering for this event, you are electronically signing a medical waiver. No printed forms are required at check-in.

Weather Policy

In the event of a rainout or inclement weather, there will be no rain date. Registration fees will be donated to Medical Outreach Ministries.
