Event Timings:

Singles (Mens, Womens and Juniors) on Friday evening (4PM)

Doubles (Mens and Womens) Events on Saturday (~8AM to ~8PM)

Mixed Doubles Events on Sunday (~8AM to ~8PM)

Junior Doubles on Sunday (~8AM to ~5PM) 

Exact match timings will be published when we post the draws for each of the events. 

Events: We'll have Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles events for 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open levels. We have the same events in 50+ and 60+ age group as well. Minimum of 4 entrees required for each event. If there is any level that has less participants, we will merge the age groups within the same skill level first. If there is still less entrees, we will move them to the next higher skill level event. 

Junior Events: All Junior (Under 18) play their first event for Free! Additional event is $10. Junior Singles will be on Friday and Junior Doubles will be on Sunday. Junior events could be Unisex if not enough participants in the events. 

Partners: You can sign up even if you don't have a partner and select the partner later. You can find the partner later and if you don't find a partner before the due date, we will refund your money. 

Water and Snacks: We enourage you bring your own water bottles, however, water bottles and light snacks are provided to all players. (Not for spectators, please).  

Match Format: All round robin matches are played for 11 points, win by 2 points. All Single Elimination matches, except the Final in the playoffs will be 15points. Final (Gold Medal) match in a single elimination round will be a 11 point, best 2 out of 3 format. 

Brackets: All events will begin with Round Robin. We use them for seeding and elimination as needed. You are guarenteed to play at least three matches in any event. Top players in each group will play the playoff. 

Early Birds: First 50 players who register by will get a discounted entry fee ($35 for all events). After that the price will be $35 for first event and $15 for the additional event. 

T-Shirt: First 20 Players who register will get our LLP tournament T-shirt for free! Other players will be able to purchase it on the tournament day if available (for $15 each). If you are not playing in the event, but want to purchase the T-shirt, it'll be $25 each. We will add your name as a sponsor to the tournament! 

Balls: We will use Franklin X-40 balls for this tournament.   

Medals and Prizes: There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each event. All Gold medal winners will get a discounted entry to the next event. 

Coupons: If you are coming to play in our tournament from a different state, please use GUEST20OFF coupon to get 20% off the registration fee! If multuple family members coming from the same household, please use FAMILY5OFF to get $5 off each player. Coupons not valid during early bird time and can't be combined. 

Medical Waiver: By registering to this event, you are signing a medial waiver form electronically. You don't need to print the form and bring it to the event. 

Withdraw/ Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament with full refund until the Withdraw/ Refund date (Sept 21st). After that date, no refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Rain out/ Weather: In case of rain, matches may be delayed up to 4 hours before cancelling. Players will get a discounted entry ($15 off for each event for the cancelled events) to our next tournament in the area. No refund will be given.
