Events: We will have doubles and mixed doubles events for 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 levels. The events will be for 50 to 64 and 65+ age groups. Minimum of 4 entries required for each event. If there is any level that has less participants, we reserve the right to merge groups. Minimum of 4 games.

Women are on April 26th

Men are on April 27th

Mixed are on April 28th

Courts: 6 dedicated courts with permanent nets.

Balls: Selkirk

Match Format: Round robin format matches will be played to 11 win by 2 . Elimination matches, except for the final matches will be to 15 win by 2. Final matches will be to 11 win by 2 best 2 out of 3.

Shirts will be given to all participants.  Sizes will be unisex so use small, medium, large, x-large and xx-large when ordering.  Note If you do not sign up before March 30 you may not get your size. But you will get a shirt.

Medals: medals will be given to first , second and third in each event.

Medical Waiver: By signing up for this event you are signing a medical waiver form electronically. You do not need to print the form and bring it,

Rainout/Weather: in case of rain matches maybe be rescheduled during the tournament weekend. If weather doesn't not permit for matches to be completed there will be no refunds but you will receive 50% off our next tournament.

Withdraw and refunds:Withdraws with refunds will be given up to 2 weeks before the event. Refunds will be given minus the processing fee.

There Is also a CODE OF CONDUCT that will be discussed to starting the tournament
