DATE/TIME: Saturday, February 17th, 11am - 5pm EST

ENTRY FEE: $40 per player for 1 event. $20 per additional event.

PRIZES: Medals/Prizes for Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

This tournament is now a DUPR official event. Please go to mydupr.com and make a free profile if you don't have one already. All matches will be input into DUPR after the event has finished.

Each Round Robin will consist of one game to 11, win by 2. Gold Medal matches will be 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.

1 timeout per team for 1 minute per match. Switch sides whenever a team gets to 6 first.

If draw is full with 10 teams you will be guaranteed at least 4 matches.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to match time to check in. 15 minute grace period of your match time or your team will be defaulted. Men’s and women’s doubles will begin at 11 am. Mixed Doubles will start at 3pm depending on sign ups. Schedule subject to change if needed.

Players must fill out the ITA Atlanta RELEASE AND LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT below before playing.

WHO CAN PLAY?
This tournament is open to players of all ages and skill levels!

EVENT FORMAT
There will be both a women's and men's doubles division and mixed doubles division! Events are subject to be combined dependant on registered players. 

The event will be a Ad-Hoc Round Robin draw in each division with a 4 team playoffs for Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Dependant on the number of entries the scoring and draw format will be subject to alteration for scheduling purposes.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be paid in full. In order to receive a refund you MUST withdraw before the event’s registration deadline expires. The Registration Deadline is listed under the black button that says “Register” on this event page. There will be no refunds after the registration deadline.

In case of inclement weather, tournament will be postponed and all registrations will rollover to the next tournament.
