Welcome to the 1st Annual Pickleball Tournament supporting Oxford Baseball! 

Events: Doubles in skill levels 2.5/Beginner, 3.0/Intermediate, 3.5+/Advanced. We will not be doing gender/mixed doubles so just grab your favorite partner of either gender and come on out to challenge! 

Exact match timings will be published when we complete the registration timeline and post the draws for the event. Events may be split or merged depending on number of entries at each skill level. 

Pricing will be $40 per person.

Partners: Each player needs to register separately. You can sign up even if you dont have a partner and select the partner later. If you do not find a partner, we can match you up with someone on tournament day.  The link to make your payment to the school is: https://square.link/u/iWXkQ7zW

Lat day to register and pay will be 10/16. 

Early Birds: The first 50 players to register will receive a free tournament t-shirt. Please indicate size upon regsitration.

Courts: 8 dedicated outdoor courts with permanent nets.

Balls: Franklin X-40 outdoor 

Match Format: All round robin matches will be played to 11 points, win by 2. All single elimination matches in the playoffs will be one game to 15, win by 2. 

Brackets: All events will begin with a round robin. We use these for seeding and elimination as needed. You are guaranteed at least 3 matches in your event. Top 2/4 (depending on number of pools) will be seeded to play in the playoff for medals. If time and courts permit, addional teams can play in the consolation bracket. 

Medals: There will be a Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winning team from each division. 

Withdraw/Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament with a full refund until the posted withdrawl date. After that date no refunds will be given. 

Rain out/Weather: This is an outdoor tournament. We will make every effort to complete all events, and will do all we can to play matches on a safe and playable surface. The tournament director reserves the right to change fornats, shorten games, or make any other changes needed to complete event. There are no make up days scheduled.
