Join us for the 2025 Spring Break Open hosted by City of Oxford Parks and Recreation Department along with 256 Pickleball. 

Events:

Friday- Singles

Saturday- Womens Doubles, Mens Doubles

Sunday- Mixed Doubles

All events will have divisons as follows: Juniors <18, Adults 18-49, Adults 50+ but each category are subject to be combined/divided based on final registration numbers.

Matches to begin at 5pm Friday, 8am Saturday and 1pm Sunday.

Exact match timings will be published when we complete the registration timeline and post the draws for the event. Events may be split or merged depending on number of entries at each skill level. 

Pricing will be $35 per person for one event with $5 for each additional event. 

Partners: Each player needs to register separately. You can sign up even if you dont have a partner and select the partner later. 

Lat day to register and pay will be 3/7 with draws to be posted the week of the tourney by Wednesday.

Courts: 8 dedicated outdoor courts with permanent nets.

Balls: Franklin X-40 outdoor 

Match Format: All round robin matches will be played to 11 points, win by 2. All single elimination matches in the playoffs will be one game to 15, win by 2. 

Brackets: All events will begin with a round robin. We use these for seeding and elimination as needed. We will try to combine smaller divisons so you will have at least 3 matches in your event. Top 2/4 in each pool(depending on number of pools) will be seeded to play in the playoff for medals. If time and courts permit, addional teams can play in the consolation bracket.  

Withdraw/Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament with a full refund until the posted withdrawl date. After that date no refunds will be given. 

Rain out/Weather: This is an outdoor tournament. We will make every effort to complete all events, and will do all we can to play matches on a safe and playable surface. The tournament director reserves the right to change fornats, shorten games, or make any other changes needed to complete event. There are no make up days scheduled.
