Thank you for supporting the Dink Against Alzheimer's initiative. This tournament is not just about enjoying very competitive games of pickleball; it is about coming together as a community to support the fight against Alzheimer's disease. All proceeds will be use to host a pickleball festival to create awareness of Alzheimer's disease in the 40+ pickleball community. 

Men's Doubles 40+ - Saturday December 7th

• 08:30am - Men's Doubles 3.0
• 11:15am - Men's Doubles 4.5
• 02:00pm - Men's Doubles 4.0
• 04:30pm - Men's Doubles 3.5

Women's Doubles 40+ - Sunday December 8th

• 08:30am - Women's Doubles 3.0
• 11:15am - Women's Doubles 4.5
• 02:00pm - Women's Doubles 4.0
• 04:30pm - Women's Doubles 3.5

Events: We will have 40+ Men's Doubles and 40+ Women's Doubles events for 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 levels. Minimum of 4 teams required for each bracket. If there is any level that has less participants, we will merge brackets. Maximum of 8 teams per bracket.

Courts: 4 Outdoor courts with permanent nets.   

Balls: Franklin X40 pickleballs.

Partners: Each player needs to register separately and then select your partner. You can sign up even if you don't have a partner and select the partner later. If you don't find a partner before the due date, we will refund your money or help you find one. 

Water: We enourage you to bring your own water bottles. We will have some additional water bottles available for players (limited amount of bottles).

Match Format: All round robin matches are played to 11 points, win by 2 points. All Single Elimination matches, except the Final Match will be 11 points, win by 2 points. Final Match to 11 points, best 2 out of 3 format. 

Brackets: All events will begin with Round Robin. We use them for seeding and elimination as needed. You are guarenteed to play at least SEVEN games in any bracket.

Draws will be posted a few days before the tournament so you will know the exact time. 

Medals and Prizes: There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each bracket.

Medical Waiver: By registering to this event, you are signing a medial waiver form electronically. You don't need to print the form and bring it to the event. 

Withdraw/ Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament and get a refund of the fee until the Withdraw/ Refund date. After that date, no refunds or credits will be given for any reason. No Exceptions. 

Rain out/ Weather: In case of rain, some matches may be delayed up to 2 hours before cancelling. Players will get a discounted entry (for the cancelled events) to our next tournament in the area. No refund will be given.
