Welcome to AL Winter Open 2025! 

Event/ Match Timings: NOT All Events Start At The Same Time. 

Mens and Women's Singles - Friday evening (3PM to 9PM)

Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles - Sat'day (8AM to 7PM)

Mixed Doubles, Junior Singles and Junior Doubles - Sunday (8AM to 6PM)

Exact match timings will be published when we post the draws for each of the events. 

Events: We'll have doubles and mixed doubles events for 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 levels. We have the same events in 50+ and 60+ age group as well. Minimum of 4 entries required for each event. If there is any level that has less participants, we will merge the age groups within the same skill level first. If there is still less entries, we will move them to the next higher skill level event. 

Partners: Each player needs to register on the website or on our mobile app separately. You can sign up even if you don't have a partner and select the partner later. If you don't find a partner before the due date, we will refund your money. 

Water and Snacks: We enourage you bring your own water bottles. Water fountains are available at the courts. Bananas are provided to all players. (Not for spectators, please).   

Match Format: All round robin matches are played for 11 points, win by 2 points. All playoffs matches will be 15points. Gold Medal match may be a 11 point, best 2 out of 3 format. 

Brackets: All events will begin with Round Robin. We use them for seeding and elimination as needed. You are guarenteed to play at least three matches in any event. Top 2 or 4 players/ teams in each group will play the playoff. We'll have Consolation Round if there are more than 8 players/ teams. 

Early Birds: First 50 players to sign up before end of October will pay $35 for all events! After that, price will be $40 for 1st event and $10 for additional event. After 100 players, the price will be $45 for 1st event and $5 for additional events. 

T-Shirt: You can purchase T-shirts or Tanktops for $10 each. If you are not playing in the event, but want to purchase the T-shirt, you can buy it at a2mpickleball.com.

Medals and Prizes: There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each event. All Gold medal winners will get a discount entry to the next event. 

Coupons: If multuple family members coming from the same household, please use FAMILY5OFF to get $5 off each player. Out of state players will get 20% off the registrations if they GUEST20OFF coupon. Coupons can't be combined with early bird or other coupons. 

Out of State Players: All players coming from out of state will get an LLP Hat,  Visor or Wristband for free! Just because you are crossing your state border! 

Medical Waiver: By registering to this event, you are signing a medial waiver form electronically. You don't need to print the form and bring it to the event.

Withdraw/ Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament with 10% fees until the Withdraw/ Refund date. After that date, no refunds will be given. 

Rain out/ Weather: No rainout as it's INDOOR.
