Fortius Premier League 2025

League Structure

• Season starts: June 15th, 2025
• Duration: 5 weeks
• Entry fee: $350 per team
• Format: 5 matches per team encounter
• 3 Men's Doubles
• 1 Mixed Doubles
• 1 Women's Doubles

Team Requirements

• Roster size: 10-15 players
• Minimum Players needed – Men 7; Women – 3
• Each team plays 5 lines per match

Match Format

• Regular Season: Best of 3 to 11 points hard stop at 17
• 1 Time out per team per game. There's also a medical timeout, limited to 15 minutes, for injuries. 
• Playoffs: Best of 3 games to 11 points hard stop at 19
• Match Order:
1. Men's Doubles – Line 1
2. Women's Doubles – Line 2
3. Men's Doubles – Line 3
4. Mixed Doubles – Line 4
5. Men's Doubles – Line 5
• Double Round Robin – Top 2 teams after 6 weeks will be Winners / Runners.

Venue & Court Arrangements

• 2 Courts will be available at Fortius for FPL (Fortius League) during these windows: Sundays (4pm - 10pm), and Thursday (7pm - 11pm). No Additional booking or reservations needed. The court availability is covered as part of registration. 
• 1 practice sessions is allowed for the teams as part of the registration at Fortius ( no additional fee)
• Fortius will release Schedules and brackets with time slots for each team in the above window ( all games will be scheduled on Sunday evening as Option 1 and any exceptions will be scheduled on Thursday).
• Court rental option available at Fortius for 20$ per hour on other days of the week for league games giving flexibility to the teams
• Each week games should be completed by Sat (Week spans from Sun - Sat). No exceptions
• Scores can be entered in DUPR as long as both teams agree to it prior to start of game
• Team registration to close on 06/11; however, the roster can be updated until 06/12
• Player playing in Line 1 for example shouldn’t be playing in another line in the same week ( Example - MD player 1 cannot play in XD with the same opponent) 
• Men’s Doubles Line 1 (3.75+) is technically your strong players; Mens doubles line 3 (3.5+ players) ; men’s doubles line 5 ( your 3^rd strongest mens doubles line up)
• Practice/ warm up sessions will be allowed 15 mins prior to your game outside the court. 5 Mins will be the warm up time once players enter the court

• Captains, please register and make the payment by following the link and ask your team members to register and signup aswell.
• Mens Doubles Line up should be Finalized a day prior to the start of the week (By sat)
• In case of tie between top 2 teams; the points difference between scored vs allowed to used as a tie breaker and if that is a tie then the points difference during the head-to-head games will be used as a tie breaker as option 2.
• League is currently planned as doube round robin with 6 teams. 
• Week Spans from Sun - Thu. Line ups should be confirmed by Sat.
