Welcome to Atlanta Team Pickleball Tournament! 

This is club type doubles only competition with 6 players per team, meaning 3 lines of 2 players per line will play against another TEAM's three lines players. 

For example "XX team" Line 1 (2 players) play "YY Team" Line 1 (2 players) at the same time "XX team" Line 2 plays "YY Team" Line 2 at the same time "XX team" Line 3 plays "YY Team" Line 3.

Your club roster, teams by lines, are set for the entire competition. Each team must have a minimum of 1 woman. 

This is a round robin format whereas each Team (of 6 players) will play every Team in their division grouping. Each game will be timed 11 points or 12 minutes for larger groupings of teams switching sides at 6 points or 6 minutes.  For the smaller grouping of teams the matches will be 15 minutes or 15 points. You will switch sides at 8 points or 8 minutes. There are no timeouts or slowing pace during round robin games. 

Playoffs - depending on time restraints - will be 15 points win by 2 points and 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2 points for the championship match.

Each Match will be about 15 minutes and you should expect to play 5 to 7 matches depending on the amount of Teams that register. 

There are 3 Divisions by skill level:

Low Intermediate 3.0-3.5 (Sign up as Level 3.0)

estimated start: 9am

High Intermediate 3.6-4.0 (Sign up as Level 3.5)

estimated start: 12noon

Advanced 4.1-5.0 (Sign up as Level 4.0)

estimated start: 3pm

 RAIN DATE IS SUNDAY DECEMBER 18th.

The fee is $180 per team ($30 per person); registration will Close November 23rd Captains must submit players names and full registration fee. Team Captains can edit/update the Team (add new players or update them until the registration closes). 

Club Teams can qualify for the GPA State Team Pickleball Competition in Rome, Georgia on March 2023.
