Welcome to Peace Love and Pickleball at Orlando Racket Sports Center.
Events: We'll have doubles and mixed doubles events for 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open levels. We have the same events in 50+ age group as well. Minimum of 4 entries required for each event. If there is any level that has less participants, we will merge the age groups within the same skill level first. If there is still less entries, we will move them to the next higher skill level event.
Event/ Match Timings: We will have Doubles Events on Saturday and Mixed Doubles Events on Sunday. Exact match timings will be published when we post the draws for each of the events.
Water and Snacks: We enourage you bring your own water bottles, however, water bottles and light snacks are provided to all players. (Not for spectators, please).
Doubles Partners: Each player needs to register on the website or on our mobile app separately. You can select the partner's name at the time of registration, or, after both players/ partners registered to the event.
Match Format: All round robin matches are played for 11 points, win by 2 points. All Single Elimination matches, except the Final in the playoffs will be 15points. Final match in a single elimination round will be a 11 point, best 2 out of 3 format.
Brackets: All events will begin with Round Robin. We use them for seeding and elimination as needed. You are guarenteed to play at least three matches in any event. Top players in each group will play the playoff.
Early Birds: Players who register by November 30th will get a discounted entry fee ($30 for first event and $10 for additional event). After that the price will be $35 for first event and $15 for the additional event.
T-Shirt: First 20 Players who register will get our tournament T-shirt for free! Other players will be able to purchase it on the tournament day if available (for $15 each). If you are not playing in the event, but want to purchase the T-shirt, it'll be $25 each. We will add your name as a sponsor to the tournament!
Medals and Prizes: There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each event. All Gold medal winners will get a discount entry to the next event.
Coupons: If you are coming to play in our tournament from a different state, please use GUEST20OFF coupon to get 20% off the registration fee!
Medical Waiver: By registering to this event, you are signing a medial waiver form electronically. You don't need to print the form and bring it to the event.
Withdraw/ Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament with full refund until the Withdraw/ Refund date (March 15th). After that date, no refunds will be given.
Rain out: Not Applicable. We will play rain or shine!
