All winners and runners will get medals. There is a total of $500 cash prize for winners & runners of all Championship sections. Other event winners & runners will get gifts cards/ vouchers from Sponsors. 

 

All Kids will get a free T-Shirt, if they register to the tournament by Aug 30th. Sorry! No prize money for Kids events.  

Players will be divided into groups and play Round Robin first and top one player from each group will move forward for the next level. 

Game Format: We will play for 11 points; best of 3 for Round Robin matches and Best of 5 for finals. Winners are determined by the number of points in all matches. If two players win same number of points, system will detemine the winner based on Win Percentage.  

Tournament Director can choose the level that's right for you. If you are planning to play doubles, both partners need to register separately. If you don't have a partner, we'll try to find and assign a partner for you. Please contact tournament director while registering (archimirchi@gmail.com) for the tournament.

 

Players are expected to show the utmost sportsmanship and play according to official Table Tennis rules. All decisions from the tournament admin are final and can't be contested. 

 

We will follow following schedule for an individual event:

 

Women's Championship: 10.00 am

Men's Singles Amateurs: Group 1 &2: 10.00 am

Men's Singles Championship: Group 1 & 2: 1.00 pm

 

Men's Doubles Championship: 2.30 pm
