Regulations

o Consolation events for players who lose their first match will be run for all events 
o Consolation matches may be limited to one 15 or 21 point game. The Referee will determine the Consolation format 
o Events only having <8 players/pairs will be combined with the next age group up if possible, or canceled
o Parents are advised that all young players must be mature enough to handle competition without assistance. Laws of Badminton will be enforced throughout.
o Players entering multiple events are likely to have a clash of matches for 2 concurrent events. Organizers would support in rescheduling one but players should be ready to play without break

Regulations
All players who have registered at least 2 events by March 15th will be provided free T-shirt.
To Qualify for free T-shirt please ensure all payments are complete by March 15th

Registrations after the registration deadline (this includes on-site registration) may be accepted at the discretion of the tournament director. Late registrations will be subject to the following conditions and/or restrictions.
1) $15 late fee
2) No T shirt guaranteed

PRIZE MONEY: We are happy to announce the total prize money is $6000 usd. We have medals(Gold and silver) for all winners and runners up in respective categories events.

Tournament Format:
1) Tournament grade shuttles will be used throughout the tournament
2) All matches will be the best of three games to Badminton World Federation (BWF) 21 points with rally-point scoring system
3) Players entering multiple events are likely to have a clash of matches for 2 concurrent events. Organizers would support in rescheduling one but players should be ready to play without break. Unable to report during this time would lead to his/her match being forefeited in favor of his/her opponent
4) Each Player in a doubles partnership must register separately on line.
5) Senior events are open to players who are over or equal to the age of 40 as of March 23rd 2018
6) Combined events are open to teams where combined aged is at or over the age of 90 as of March 23rd 2018. Each player must have minimum Age 40yrs.
7) Acceptable badminton clothing must be worn during play.

NOTE:
1. Participant playing in A level(Single, Doubles, Mixed Doubles) is not eligible to play in C level in same category((Single, Doubles, Mixed Doubles))
2. The Organizing committee would combine events if minimum number of entries criteria(Min 8 entries required for each event category) is not met.
In Case the minimum entries are not achieved after merging categories then tournament committee can decide to conduct then even on round robin league.
3. In Kid events the organizing committee will follow the following steps.
--Minimum entries for each event, if not met then moved to next level.
--If still not met then combined category to make it Unisex.
--If Still not met then round robin league will be conducted.
The tournament committee reserves the right to change any of the above conditions.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the upfront nature of event costs, we have a uniform policy of no refunds, transfers or deferrals to a future year. We know that plans change and unexpected things come up, but we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of an arbitrary line of who merits a refund and who doesn't.
