Welcome to Jr. Badminton Tournament at ABC2, the 2nd ABC Location in Atlanta Metro! 

LEVELS: This age-reistricted tournament has Under-9, Under-11, Under-15, Under-19 categories.

EVENTS: Singles (Boys and Girls) and Doubles (Unisex). May combine events if there are less than 4 players/ pairs in each event.

LIMITS: Max 16 players per event. Maximum one singles and one Doubles event only allowed for each player.

ENTRY FEE: First event $30, $15 additional event.  

MEDALS: Gold and Silver medals for First and 2nd place. Consolation winner will get Bronze medal.    

All players receive one (1) barrel of A2MSports birdies when they check-in, which they're supposed to use for their matches. At the start of a match, each player contributes 1 unused birdie, placed at the netpost. If the first batch of birdies get used up, they follow the same routine till the game finishes. Winner(s) takes any unused open birdies in that match. 

WARM-UP: strictly 1-minute or less, before the game starts.  

POINTS FORMAT: Each match (except the Finals) will be single game, win-by-2, elimination format to 25 points. Finals will be best of 3 games, win-by-2, to 21 points. 

(Please note that due to space and time constraints, and this being a non-ranking, non-sanctioned tournament, we had to decide this format to ensure everyone gets sufficient court time while still getting tournament exposure).   

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your event so you will have time to check-in and get ready for your matches.  If your opponent is ready and you are late by 5 minutes, your opponent gets a win-by-forfeit.
