Welcome to ARC Fall Open Table Tennis!
While we are getting used to the new normal, player safety is the most important factor for us. So, we are going to be moniroting the situation and if for some reason, we can't have the event on the date it is supposed to happen, you will have an option to get a full refund or pay it forward for our next event.
To limit the exposure and maintain social distancing, we are only doing a Singles event only in this tournament. We are also limiting the number of participants in each event to 16.
We will limit the number of players in on the tables to 8 at any time. No spectators allowed. Players are allowed to enter the club only during their Playtime. ARC also is operating under additional safety measures and all players are required to follow the club's rules and guidelines.
While all winners will get medals, there will be cash prize for the Championship event only with at least 60% of fees would go towards the prize money. In addition, all winners will get gift cards from ARC, which you can use towards any purchase including membership fees.
