Welcome to Jewell Pitts Memorial Classic, a pickleball tournament to honor and remember Mrs. Jewell Pitts.

Event Timings: 

Mixed Doubles - Friday - (4PM to 9PM)

Women's Doubles and Men's Doubles - Sat'day (8AM to 5PM)

Exact match timings for each event will be published when we post the draws for each of the events. We will try to make Women's Doubles and 50+ Age groups to play in the morning. 

Events: 

Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 levels.

Age Groups: Open Age, 50+ and 60+ age groups.

Minimum of 4 entries required for each event. If there is any level that has less participants, we will merge the age groups within the same skill level first. If there is still less entries, we will move them to the next higher skill level event. 

Moneyball: We have an Open (mens, womens and Mixed) Moneyball events with Cash Prize! The special Event costs $75 per player for each event. Cash prize of upto $1500 per event will be given. We need a minimum of 6 teams for each event to get the Cash Prize.  

Courts and Facility: 12 Outdoor courts with permanent nets. We will have Tents and Shaded areas with fans next to the courts. You can bring your own tents too! 

Balls: We will give you Swell Pickleballs for this tournament. You can buy their balls online at swellpbg.com. 

Partners: Each player needs to register on the website or on our mobile app separately. You can sign up even if you don't have a partner and select the partner later. If you want us to find a partner for you, select 'Need Partner' when you sign up. 

Water, Ice and Light Refreshments: We enourage you bring your own water bottles. We will have ice in the coolers and will have cold beverages or light snacks from the sponsors.    

Match Format: All round robin matches are played for 11 points, win by 2 points. All Single Elimination matches, except the Final in the playoffs will be 15points. Final match in a single elimination round may be a 11 point, best 2 out of 3 format. All Moneyball event matches are for 15 points win by 2. 

Brackets: All events will begin with Round Robin. We use them for seeding and elimination as needed. You are guarenteed to play at least three matches in any event. Top 2 or 4 players/ teams in each group will play the playoff. The next two players/ teams will play in the Consolation Round based on court avaiability. 

Early Birds: The first 50 players to sign up before end of June 30th will get the 1st event for $50 and additional event for $20

July 1st to July 15th: $55 and $30

July 16th to August 1st: $60 and $40

T-Shirts: You can buy LLP T-shirts at the tournament for $15. If you are not playing in the event, but want to purchase the T-shirt, you can buy it at a2mpickleball.com.  

Medals and Prizes: There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each event. There will be Raffle Prizes, Door Prizes, Auction Items and more!

Cash Prize will be given to Moneyball events. All Gold medal winners will get a discounted entry to our next A2M LLP tournament. 

MVPs: Two MVPs (one for Men and Women) will get a free merchandise from the sponsors. Minimum 150 players needed to get free paddles. 

Coupons: If you are driving over 2hrs to play in the tournament, please use GUEST coupon to get 10% off the registration fee! If multuple family members coming from the same household, please use FAMILY5OFF to get $5 off each player.  

Medical Waiver: By registering to this event, you are signing a medial waiver form electronically. You don't need to print the form and bring it to the event. 

Withdraw/ Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament get the refund (less 10% fee) until the Withdraw/ Refund date. After that date, no refunds will be given. 

Rain out/ Weather: In case of rain or bad weather, matches may be played on Sunday. Matches may be delayed up to 3 hours before cancelling. No refund will be given.
