Tournament UPDATE:

• Minmum 6 teams required to conduct the Event.
• If you are late by 10 mins when your name is called then your opponent team will get walk-over.

Welcome to ARCAsian Open!

While we want you to have fun during the event, players stafety is most important factor for us. You are required to strictly follow the rules and guidelines of the club whiel you are in the facility. This will help us maintain a safe enviroment for everyone. 

Please come with a parnter if you can, but if you don't have a partner, we'll try to find one for you at similar level. If we don't have the right partner for you, we will refund the money or add you to our next tournment. 

Each player may choose the partner during registraiton, however, each player have to register individually to the event. Registraion fee is $15 but ARC members will get $5 off coupon. You can get the coupon code at ARC front desk. 

We want you to register for the event before the registration closes. However, you can register until 20 minutes before the event by paying a $5 late fee. 

All winners and runners-up will get prizes.

Matches are played for 21 points, best of 3 sets in the main draw.

Players safety is most important for ARC and we want all players to follow the rules and guidelines strictly while you are at the club. 

There will not be any umpires during the matches. This will help us limit the number of people in the club. Players are expected to show utmost sportsmanship and respect other players' calls. 

If there are less than 6 pairs in each level, we may choose to club them with other levels/cancel them. ARC or the Tournament Director has the right to change the rules anytime and can not be contested.
