Updated Instructions: 

If you are not feeling well, or you think you may have any kind of health issues or concerns, please call me at 678-654-3778 and we'll take you out of the draws. There is no charges and we really appreciate it. Your and all other players' safety is the highest priority for us. 

Every player will play with their own ball. We'll use Nittaku 40+ balls for the tournament. If you have those kind of balls with you, we strongly recommend you bring your own ball to the tournament. You should not touch other players' ball at any point of time, even if it lands on your side of the table. That way, we will avoid any physical contact. Of course, if you don't have that specific ball, we will give you one to play. 

We are not going to change the sides in a match. A player will play the same side of the table for all 5 games (if it goes up to 5 games). 

You can't bring any specators to the Table Tennis area. If you can't avoid it, they must sit in the upstairs area. If you are not playing your match, you can only wait in the upstairs area with at least 6 feet distance from others. We strongly recommend you wear a mask while not playing. 

Please bring your own chair to sit and wait. The club may not provide chairs for you to sit.

After a couple of months of Quarantine and Social Distancing, we are all coming back to enjoy the sport we always loved. While, we are adjusting to the the new normal, we like to recognize the heroic efforts of our frontline workers during this pandemic time.

So, A2M Sports is working with Atlanta Recreation Club (ARC) and organizing our first re-opening Table Tennis tournament with a fundraiser. All funds raised for the tournament will be donated to support and help our local frontline workers. 

While we want to have as much fun, our players' safety is our highest priority. To limit the exposure and maintain social distancing, we are only doing a Singles event only in this tournament. We are also limiting the number of participants in each event to 16. 

We will limit the number of players in on the tables to 8 at any time. No spectators allowed. Players are allowed to enter the club only during their Playtime. ARC also is operating under additional safety measures and all players are required to follow the club's rules and guidelines. 

Because this is a fundraising event, there will not be any refunds unless the tournament is cancelled or postponed for any reason. However, for championship winners, ARC will provide 3 months of free membership. Runners will get 1 month free membership.
