Welcome to Core Georgia Championship. If you won Gold in PickleFall or any other LLP tournaments this year and want to level up, you will get a free entree to that event. 

Event Timings: (These could change based on # of players)

60+ and 70+ Mixed Doubles - Friday at 12PM to 4PM 

All Singles - Friday Starting at 4PM to 9PM

All Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles - Sat'day (Starting at 9AM)

Open Age and 50+ Mixed Doubles, Jr Singles and Jr Doubles - Sunday ( Starting at 9AM)

Exact match timings for each event will be published when we post the draws for each of the events. 

Events: We'll have doubles and mixed doubles events for 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open levels. We have the same events in 50+, 60+ and 70+ age groups as well. Minimum of 4 entries required for each event. If there is any level that has less participants, we will merge the age groups within the same skill level first. If there is still less entries, we will move them to the next higher skill level event. 

Courts: 17 Outdoor dedicated courts with permanent nets.

Balls: Core Premium Pickleballs. We do offer 35% discount when you use A2M35 code to buy the balls online at corepickleballusa.com. 

Partners: Each player needs to register on the website or on our mobile app separately. You can sign up even if you don't have a partner and select the partner later. If you don't find a partner before the due date, we will refund your money. 

Water and Snacks: We enourage you bring your own water bottles, however, water bottles and light snacks are provided to all players. (Not for spectators, please).   

Match Format: All round robin matches are played for 11 points, win by 2 points. All Single Elimination matches, except the Final in the playoffs will be 15points. Final match in a single elimination round will be a 11 point, best 2 out of 3 format. 

Brackets: All events will begin with Round Robin. We use them for seeding and elimination as needed. You are guarenteed to play at least three matches in any event. Top 2 players/ teams in each group will play the playoff. The next two players/ teams will play in the Consolation Round based on court avaiability. 

Early Birds: The first 50 players will get all events to sign up for $35. And, they will also get LLP Hat/ Visor for free. Price will increase after that.  

T-Shirts and Hats: You can buy LLP T-shirts at the tournament for $10. Hat/ Visor for $10. If you are not playing in the event, but want to purchase the T-shirt, you can buy it at a2mpickleball.com.   

Medals and Prizes: There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each event. All Gold medal winners will get a discounted entry to the next event. 

MVPs: Two MVPs (one for Men and Women) will get a free Paddle from the sponsors, OneShot and Selkirk. We need at least 150 players in the tournament to get the MVP prizes. 

Coupons: If you are coming to play in our tournament from a different state, please use GUEST20OFF coupon to get 20% off the registration fee! If multuple family members coming from the same household, please use FAMILY5OFF to get $5 off each player. Coupons not valid during Earlybird offer and can't be combined. 

Medical Waiver: By registering to this event, you are signing a medial waiver form electronically. You don't need to print the form and bring it to the event. 

Rain out/ Weather: In case of rain, some Friday matches will be played on Sunday. Matches may be delayed up to 3 hours before cancelling. Players will get discounted entry for the cancelled events to our next tournament in the area. No refund will be given. 

Withdraw/ Refunds: You can withdraw from the tournament with full refund until the Withdraw/ Refund date. After that date, no refunds will be given.
